About Us - Larry Canini
At age 10, Larry Canini was working alongside his father on the weekends at various job sites. The son of an Italian immigrant, whose father arrived in the United States in 1958, could be found picking up trash and sweeping construction debris. He continued to learn all aspects of the trade throughout the years.
In 1981, as a high school Senior, Larry abruptly began his professional career in the family business due to the sudden death of his older brother. For nearly 30 years, the business has grown under his leadership and reached many milestones. Canini & Associates branched out beyond residential home building and into land development, commercial construction, retail building as well as medical facilities.
Larry has been instrumental in developing over 60 planned communities and more than 1000 residential homes, condominiums and renovation projects. He has been the driving force behind creating over three quarters of a million square feet of general office, medical office and neighborhood retail. His firm also provides management services for both commercial and residential projects.
